2010年よりシステム開発に従事し、Javaを中心とした業務系システム開発を長年経験してまいりました。2014年に来日後は、日本企業向けの大規模保険システム開発に長期参画し、設計・開発・テスト・保守運用まで幅広く担当しております。
単なる実装だけではなく、障害対応、レビュー、新人フォロー、顧客調整など、チーム全体を意識した役割を担う機会も多く、安定したシステム運用と品質向上を意識して取り組んでまいりました。
また、Vue2からVue3への移行対応では、技術調査やPOCを担当し、新しい技術へのキャッチアップやチーム内での実装方針整理にも携わりました。
現在は、これまで培ってきた開発経験をベースに、より上流工程やプロジェクト推進、DX・AI活用領域にもチャレンジしていきたいと考えております。
「技術を実装すること」だけではなく、「技術によってどのような価値を生み出せるか」を大切にしながら、継続的に成長していきたいと考えています。

Since 2010, I have worked in system development, building long-term experience in business systems mainly with Java. After coming to Japan in 2014, I have participated for many years in large-scale insurance system development for Japanese companies, covering design, development, testing, maintenance and operations.
My role has not been limited to implementation. I have also contributed to incident response, code review, new member support and customer coordination, always keeping stable operation and quality improvement in mind.
In the Vue2 to Vue3 migration initiative, I handled technical research and POC work, catching up with new technologies and helping organize implementation policies within the team.
Going forward, I would like to build on my development experience and take on greater responsibility in upstream processes, project promotion, DX and AI utilization.
I value not only implementing technology, but also thinking about what business value technology can create.
